Description

This blend of vineyards from the Upper and Lower Hunter sub regions has built into a decadent, rich and mouth filling chardonnay.

With extended "Sur Lie", this wine holds its own from the first aromas to the last drop out of the glass. Pineapple and yellow nectarine flavours are held aloft by the rich brioche and beeswax character, developed from the extended lees contact.

This wine is a homage to the winemaking practices of our iconic Marrowbone Chardonnay of yesteryear.
