Grown in Pokolbin in he Hunter Valley, and allowed 6 hours of skin contact between the crushed berries and the juice, we have produced a beautiful, aromatic wine, loaded with notes of rose petal, lychee and vibrant exotic fruit., Thanks to the spiced aroma and palate, this wine can stand up to and enhance dishes packed with flavour such as Moroccan tangines and Szechuan cuisine.
