  Our 2023 Semillon is produced from a blend of hand picked grapes from the Hunter Valley.

  Whole bunch pressed and fermented cool to retain freshness and delicacy, the wine is pale straw in colour and abundant in aromas of zesty citrus. Refreshing, linear and perfect for cellaring or drink young and with fresh seafood.
