Crafted from premium 80% Hunter Valley and 20% Langhorne Creek fruit. Aged for six months in new and seasoned French oak. During this time the wine is lees stirred to add complexity and texture. The blend of fruit from these two renowned growing regions provides a generous palate of fresh fruit flavours with good acidity balanced by fine oak lingering on the finish.

  The palate is balanced harmoniously with complexity, creaminess and length from gentle fermentation, battonage and maturation in a mix of new and seasoned French oak.
