Excellent Colour. Rich Oak Driven Nose, the spice is the most forward part of the wine until ripe crushed cherries begin to emerge. Full of flavour and character, the wine is bright, fruit is fresh and tannin says drink now. Bourbon Vanilla fills the mid palate, while oak char lifts the back end. Ripe strawberries all around with black cherries and chocolate running underneath.

  This our eighth release of 'The Blend'. A bewautiul, elegant and fruit driven expression of Bluegrass. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the River's End vineyard and Shiraz from the Follet Vineyard in Langhorne Creek. This marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz is a testament to the contiued quality of fruit in the Langhorne Creek region. Raspberries, nutmeg and dark chocolate on the nose. Blackcurrants, spice and mocha on the palate. The length is driven by its doft velvety tannins and lashings of American Oak (39% New). Enjoy now or cellar with absolute confidence.
