The Pecadore vineyard is situated on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. The cool maritime climate allows for long even ripening. Clone LC-10 is planted in rich fertile soils of free draining, alluvial sandy loam over clay, this unique terroir produces some of Australia’s best Cabernet Sauvignon. Matured in 35% new and 64% seasoned American oak for 21 months. Excellent aging potential.

  A rambunctious yet refined full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Hints of dark chocolate after dinner mints, sumptuous blood plum and mocha reveal a textured mouthfeel with a layer complexity of dark fruit and tannin. The finish is long and lingering. Cellar 10+ Years.
