Hand picked by our Club Equus members, this wine shows delicate and meticulous handling throughout its production from being sorted to gentle crushing and maceration of the fruit, in order to maintain fruit purity that is uniquely Hunter Valley.

Sourced from the estate vineyard and hand-harvested by members of the Saddler's Creek Equus Club, the shiraz and cabernet were matured for 17 months in seasoned oak, with the shiraz in French and the cabernet in American. A fine example of a much-loved Australian blend, it is simple in expression yet graceful in flow, finishing with brightness and succulence. Crafted from perfectly ripe fruit, the wine is balanced and opens beautifully with air.
