Langhorne creek terrior contributes a powerful structure and body with good length of flavour. Hunter Valley old vines offers superior concentrated flavour, spice and elegance. Mudgee sits at a higher altitude, allows slower ripening, which delivers outstanding colour intensity and depth of flavour. Cold soaked for five days prior to a cool ferment.
