This season’s must-have sparkling wine is not only deliciously refreshing, but it’s also low in alcohol and so darn versatile. The Saddler’s Sparkling Wild Pink is sippable on its own and makes a great cocktail companion.
Aromas of joy
As soon as you pop the cork, you’ll feel a sense of celebration with lovely scents reminiscent of Persian Fairy Floss, lychee, and Spring roses. These floral and fruity aromas bring a sense of occasion and happiness as you begin to pour.
Harmony on the palate
It’s light and lively with ripe wild strawberries, pink musk and a dash of sherbet fizz. A generous bead refreshes the palate, it’s subtly sweet, yet beautifully balanced with a clean crisp finish. The fizz and flavours of the Wild Pink make it a wonderful ingredient in your next Spring cocktail.
Low Alcohol, Big on Flavour
The Saddler’s Wild Pink is low in alcohol of 8.5%. Making it around 35% lower compared to Prosecco around 12% or NZ Sauvignon Blanc at 13%. Just because this sparkling is lighter in alcohol, doesn’t mean it’s light on favour.
Wine Cocktail Mixer
Being lower in alcohol, it also makes a great base for a wine cocktail. We’ve teamed up with Pokolbin Distillery to create a delicious Spring refreshment. The WILD BRAMBLE combines Pokolbin Distillery award-winning vodka with the Saddler’s Wild Pink, fresh blackberries and lime. NV Saddler’s Sparkling Wild Pink
Made from the Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grape variety. The fruit was picked in the cool of the night to preserve fruit freshness and aromatics. Cool fermentation was stopped early to maintain the perfect balance between natural acid and grape sugar in the final blend.
The subtle sweetness pairs well with spicy, sour and salty foods. It also makes a light and refreshing dessert wine as the bubbles revitalise the palate.
Serve well chilled to keep the bubbles light and crisp 4 ℃

Aromatic, Tropical, Lively
Fresh tropical fruit flavours burst out of the glass.
invigorating fruit salad of crisp Nashi pear, lively pineapple and star fruit with a zesty dry finish.
Its vibrant flavours and bright acidity are refreshing under the sun, and its lighter body ensures it won’t weigh you down during your springtime adventures.
Expect a dry-style aromatic wine bursting with tropical fruit salad.
Vibrant, Fresh, Flavoursome
Fresh natural acidity with beautiful stone fruit flavours are balanced with subtle oak flavour. It is a delicate and refreshing white wine.
The fruit for this Chardonnay is sourced from the premium maritime growing region of Langhorne Creek. The unique climate allows for slow and even ripening producing a fine, crisp style of wine. Gentle fermentation and battonage with maturation in a mix of new and seasoned French oak for 6 months.
Fragrant Turkish delight and rose water aromas. Vibrant red berry flavours with hints of bittersweet orange. A lovely fruit driven wine with a refreshingly dry finish.
Produced from Shiraz and Merlot which give a balance of body and texture. Minimal skin contact, the colour is bright and the palate is clean and crisp. Bright, aromatic and fruit driven. A very easy-to-drink wine to enjoy over the warmer months.
Vibrant aromas of mandarin and passionfruit, it has
lively flavours of tropical fruit salad with a succulent
off dry finish.
Crafted from a blend of Semillon, Riesling, Arneis and
Fiano. Each grape contributes to the beautiful aromatics,
texture and flavour of the wine.
