What to expect at the Central Coast pop up cellar door
This is the Bluegrass collection brought to you. No cellar door queue, no highway drive. Just a relaxed Tuesday evening at Bar Toto with the Saddler's Creek team pouring the 2023 new releases and walking you through each wine.
You will start with a glass of sparkling on arrival, then move through a guided tasting of four Bluegrass wines: Sparkling Cabernet, Shiraz, Cabernet Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each pour comes with the story behind it, and charcuterie from Bar Toto to match.
The evening runs from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. It is relaxed, conversational, and the kind of night where you leave knowing the wines and the people behind them.
