  2017 was an exceptional vintage for the Hunter Valley with warm dry growing conditions, producing an intense yet delicate style Shiraz. Harvested in the cool of the morning and cold soaked for 3 days prior to a slow 14 day open ferment. matured in 28% new French Oak Puncheons, 30% old French Barriques and 42% old American Barriques for 14 months. Developing a traditional Hunter Valley medium bodied Shiraz. Only 240 cases produced.
