A wine of flavour and finesse, purposely blended quality fruit from two exceptional NSW wine regiouns. Hunter Vallet offered generous fruit intensity. Tumbarumba contributed a delicate mineral purity. Both gently harvested and whole bunch pressed prior to cool fermentation followed by subtle battonage and maturation in Francois Freres oak from Saint-Roamin in Burgundy.
