Description
Picquepoul Blanc was harvested on 20/3/23 from Windowrie Estate Vineyard NSW. 80% of the juice was fermented in Stainless Steel, matured on lees for 4 months and 20% fermented in seasoned French Oak. This beautiful drop has had a lot of tender love and care that shows through on the palate.

Very pale, hint of lime at the core. Pear skin and oyster shell aromas. Light and fresh on the palate with bright pome fruits and a hint of pastry and sea spray adding character. Acidity sits in the slot and keeps it fresh as it rolls to a good length. A good example of this newly arrived variety
