The second edition of our Piquepoul Blanc, named Avillo after the Catalonian name for the grape to highlight the difference in winemaking style. This off-dry style of Piquepoul continues to carry all the mineral and lemon characters that made its predecessor so beautiful.

With an early end to fermentation, we have maintained a small portion of natural grape sugar that provides a stunning compliment to the grape's natural acidity. Sweet Finger Lime and Nashi Pear stand arm in arm with the crushed gravel minerality and bright lemon that this variety is renowned for.
