Verdelho has earned a well deserved place in our hearts for being a delightfully refreshing and very sippable wine. The Verdelho grape originated from Portugal where it is made into Madeira and was first bought to Australia in 1825 to make fortified wines. This grape thrives in the Hunter Valley terroir and produces vibrant, luscious white wine, perfect for picnics in the sunshine. The 2022 vintage is our best Verdelho we've made at Saddler's Creek.
