This Spanish variety is gaining incredible popularity here in Australia. We source our Tempranillo from the Hilltops region located on the South West slopes of NSW near Young. The cool climate conditions allow us to craft a delicious medium bodied red wine, perfect for a mid week sip.
The drying tannin cuts through fattier meats and rich flavours. Think Spanish flavours of lamb, tapas and stuffed mushrooms.

We are excited to release our 2023 Saddler's Tempranillo. This medium bodied Spanish varietal is crafted from fruit grown in the up and coming growing region, Hilltops, located near Young in NSW. The wine is fruit forward with flavours of raspberry and chocolate along with a hint of vanillin oak. Pairs perfectly with a roast veggie salad, BBQ meats or your favourite pasta.
