  A modern Australian Rose' produce from a blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz, hand picked and whole bunch pressed prior to a cool fermentation. A portion of the wine was matured for 4 months in mature French Oak to add an extra dimension of flavour and body. Fruit forward and slightly textural, this dry rose' is the perfect addition to a wide range of cuisine.
