Fruit purity is the heart of this Barossa Riesling. The nose reminiscent of lemon rind, candied peel and bright floral notes. Laser acidity shoots through the palate, supporting delicate finger lime, jasmine tea and fresh pear. This Riesling was picked from the Scheild Estate in the Barossa Valley making it distinctive in its character, displaying wonderful aromatics, complexity and finesse. If you can be patient, medium term cellaring will add depth and textured complexity.
