The 2014 vintage Reserve Shiraz displays all of the hallmarks of a true vintage of Langhorne Creek. Following our traditional style for this benchmark wine, it displays a full bodied intensity of rich plum and blackberry fruits with a fine intergration of a vanillan oak from 22 months maturation in American Oak Barriques. This wine is surely one to further develop at home, with many more years of enjoyment to come. Cellar for 10 - 14 years. This fine wine is best suited to simple fair red meat and steamed vegetables.

The savoury characters of Shiraz provide an excellent match to a wide variety of food. It is a must with red meat dishes ‘slow’ cooked in a European manner, like osso bucco, ragout of veal or braised lamb shanks.
