Our 2019 Alessandro Reserve Chardonnay was produced solely from grapes grown in the cool climate, high altitude region of Tumbarumba. Gently harvested and whole bunch pressed prior to cool fermentation followed by subtle battonage. The resultant wine shows fresh acidity, flavours of peach and citrus balanced by rich and refined oak from seamless maturation in Francois Frères oak barrels from Saint-Romain in Burgundy. Limited production 220 cases. Drink now or Cellar up to 8 years.
