Fiano’s an old soul from Campania in southern Italy, but it’s found a second home in Australia’s Hunter Valley. Back in Italy, it leans towards a richer, nuttier style, but here the sunshine pulls out more citrus, pear, and tropical fruit, while still keeping its trademark texture. We love it because it’s hardy in the vineyard, happy in the heat, and holds its acidity like a champ, and it slips onto the Aussie table as easily as it does in Naples. It’s the kind of white that makes you pour a second glass without thinking.

Fresh and lively with aromas of citrus blossom, pear and subtle almond. Crisp acidity balances a rounded palate of stone fruit and gentle minerality.
