Our 2022 Bluegrass Cabernet Merlot "The Blend" is our new release of this harmonious marriage of Cabernet and Merlot. Hand crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the premium Langhorne Creek region and Merlot from the SA powerhouse of the Barossa Valley. A blend of 60% Cabernet which lends richness and body and 40% Merlot, giving elegance and subtly. This wine displays beautiful lifted aromas of raspberry and 'cigar box' characters which combine with a rich, ripe plum and mulberry mouthfeel, supported by the 'Signature Bluegrass Stamp' of fine tannins delivered from careful maturation in American Oak. Crafted for longevity.
