Our 2019 Maria Reserve Semillon showcases the amazing ageing ability of Hunter Valley Semillon. Produced solely from hand picked grapes from the Tinker Vineyards, whole bunch pressed and fermented cool to retain freshness and delicacy as a young wine and age beautifully over time.

The nose is rich and complex, with honeyed citrus, toasted nuts, and a delicate hint of lanolin. On the palate, the wine unfolds layers of flavor, including ripe lemon curd, baked apple, and a subtle waxy texture, intertwined with nuances of brioche and roasted almonds.
