Our 2017 Alessandro Reserve Shiraz is a classic, rich wine produced from fruit sourced entirely from the Pecador vineyard in Langhorne Creek. Harvested in the cool of the night prior to a 5 day cold soak. Maturation in 50% new and 50% old American oak for 25 months, this full bodied Shiraz displays a core of blackberry and chocolate with excellent length and persistent tannins. Limited production 220 cases. Cellar 10+ years.
