The 2016 growing season began with a warm and dry spring allowing lovely flowering leading to even fruit development, a trait for which the Langhorne Creek region is so well regarded. This resultant wine produced from Shiraz sourced entirley from the Rivers End vineyard was harvested in the cool of the night prior to a 5 day cold soak. Maturation in 50% new and 50% old American oak for 25 months, this Shiraz is full bodied yet elegant. Limted production 220 cases. Cellar 10+ years.
