🎶 Live Music at Saddler’s Creek
Weekends in the Hunter Valley starts Saddler’s. Wine tasting meets acoustic live music with casual Italian food.
Saddler’s Creek Wines has become the Hunter Valley’s destination for live music every Friday and Saturday, where authentic Italian food, award-winning wines, and local acoustic artists create unforgettable alfresco experiences.
The Sessions
Friday Sunsets at Saddler’s
Wine & Chill every Friday with live music from 5pm until 8pm every week. Relaxed vibes with acoustic sets from talented local artists, wine by the glass / bottle, local craft beer and casual Italian eats served fresh from our retro Airstream kitchen.
Saturday Sessions
Music continues on Saturdays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm where you can enjoy a relaxed wine tasting in our alfresco garden. Visitors can also ‘Wine & Chill’ with a Hunter Valley bottle of wine and enjoy a lazy long lunch in the wine garden with friends, family, and your four-legged mates (yes, we’re dog-friendly).
The Vibe
When you want to soak up the atmosphere, book your wine tasting in our alfresco wine garden, verandah or pergola. Live music is relocated inside our Barrel Room the weather is inclement. For our music events like Carols in the Vines, we locate our live music stage in our shady picnic grounds, overlooking the vineyard.
What’s On Offer
Mangia at Saddler’s serves authentic Italian casual eats, including handmade pasta, focaccia, and fresh seafood made by Chef Chiero in our Airstream kitchen. It’s casual, it’s authentic, and it’s the perfect way to slow down and connect.
Mangia at Saddler’s offers a seasonal blackboard menu using the finest local and imported ingredients. All served sustainably in compostable packaging. Restaurant quality food served casually.
Why It Works
We’ve created something rare in the Hunter Valley, a genuine gathering space where locals and visitors meet over good wine, honest food, and live music that doesn’t require a ticket or a three-course commitment.
Weekends at Saddler’s aren’t just an event. They’re a rhythm. A ritual. And honestly? They’re the heartbeat of what we do.
