Saddler’s Creek Wines is delighted to partner with Oak & Vine at Cypress Lakes Resort to present an exclusive four-course food and wine dinner on Wednesday, 13th August.
Hosted in the elegant surrounds of one of the Hunter Valley’s premier resorts, this evening promises a refined celebration of contemporary Sri Lankan cuisine, paired seamlessly with a curated selection of premium Saddler’s Creek wines.
The Culinary Experience
The menu, designed by Chef Vinura De Silva, showcases bold, balanced flavours and traditional Sri Lankan influences, presented with modern finesse. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines that elevate and enhance the dining experience.

A Curated Twist
To open the evening, guests will be welcomed with a glass of the 2023 Alessandro Reserve Chardonnay, served throughout the event to demonstrate its remarkable versatility across a range of flavours and textures.
This elegant and textural wine will offer a thoughtful counterpoint to the menu’s spice and structure—an exploration of how Chardonnay can confidently challenge traditional pairing expectations.
