This tasting is designed to highlight the regional grapes the Hunter Valley is famous for — the classics of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz — alongside a few emerging favourites that thrive here too, like Fiano and Gewurztraminer.
Hosted by our Cellar Door team at Saddler’s Creek Wines in Pokolbin, the experience is guided but unpretentious. You’ll taste, compare and chat through each pairing, with plenty of time to ask questions and note your favourites.
