This January, Saddler’s Creek Wines launches its comedy nights with a carefully chosen lineup and a format that works — time to arrive, time to eat, time to laugh together. It’s a night designed for friends catching up, couples wanting something different, and visitors looking for an evening that genuinely lifts the mood.

A Comedy Night That’s About Shared Laughs

Comedy works best when it’s close, reactive and shared. When the whole room laughs at once. When jokes ripple across tables and become part of the night you talk about afterwards. Comedy All Stars brings that energy into one space with a lineup that knows how to read a room and keep the laughs rolling. The show is paced, social and intentional — not rushed, not stretched — giving the comedy space to build and land properly. This is the first event in our comedy nights series, and it’s built around connection as much as comedy.

The Lineup: Proven Comedians Who Know How to Deliver

The Comedy All Stars bill features performers with genuine stage experience and distinct styles that work together across the night. Jackie Loeb brings bold, high-energy comedy shaped by international stages and sharp storytelling. Dave O’Neil is a long-time festival favourite, known for warm, relatable humour that lands easily and consistently. Holding the room together is MC Chris Radburn, an award-winning comedian with razor-sharp crowd work and credits including the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala and America’s Last Comic Standing. His role is simple — keep the energy up, the timing tight, and the audience engaged from start to finish.

Dinner & Show or Show Only — Your Night, Your Pace

Dinner & Show guests arrive from 6:00 PM and settle into reserved seating. The evening begins with a drink on arrival and canapés, followed by a seasonal two-course set menu by Mangia @ Saddler’s, led by Venetian-born Chef Mattia Secchiero. It’s relaxed, social dining that gives everyone time to connect before the comedy begins. Show Only guests arrive at 7:45 PM for theatre-style seating, with wine, beer and soft drinks available to purchase before the 8:00 PM start. The show runs from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM — long enough for the laughs to peak, early enough to leave everyone energised rather than spent.
