Pilloni partners with small producers, growers, and hunters to bring the essence of Sardinia to every dish. At the heart of our kitchen is the fire, infusing each meal with authenticity and warmth. Our menu evolves with the seasons, offering a fresh take on traditional Sardinian cuisine, while staying true to its roots.
Influenced by the classic Italian entertaining style of the Laureti Family, Saddler’s Creek Wines proudly collaborates with Pilloni.

The Good Food & Wine Show is the perfect day out for food and wine lovers. Sip, sample and shop from hundreds of local producers, meet the makers and hear the stories behind their products. After shopping up an appetite, grab a bite to eat from a range of delicious food vendors or take a seat at one of the cooking stages and be entertained by your favourite chefs live on stage. Take your foodie experience to the next level and add a masterclass to your day, this can be added to your order before checkout.
Please note that, this year, all ticket prices include booking fees. A small processing fee will be charged at check out.
Please note under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. For example, 2 minors are to be accompanied by 2 adults.
