Saturday 2 May 2026 • Barrel Room • Black Tie, Big Reds & Dancing
2023 Bluegrass versus 2017. New release versus six years in the cellar. Side by side, with every course. The Bluegrass Bash is the one night of the year you can taste what cellaring actually does to these wines. These museum releases don't leave the cellar. The Bash is the only way in.

Who this night is for
- Wine lovers who want to taste what six years in the cellar does to Bluegrass
- Anyone curious about new vs aged and why people cellar wine
- Club Equus members who know these museum releases don't leave the cellar any other night
- Couples and groups chasing a proper black tie night out
What to expect
Arrive from 6pm to sparkling and canapés in the Barrel Room. Then settle in for an evening built around one question: what does time do to Bluegrass?
Each course is paired with two wines - the 2023 current release and its 2017 museum counterpart. Same vineyard. Same winemaker. Six years apart. You'll taste the difference in real time, with Chef Chiero's menu designed to show off both.
After dessert, the music kicks up and the dance floor opens. Limited seats. One night. The only way to taste these wines side by side.
