Aromatic white wines are the heart of summer drinking — vibrant, refreshing, and full of character. Known for their expressive aromas and lively flavours, varietals like Fiano, Piquepoul Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling shine when the days are long and the air is warm.

Enjoy a guided journey through six aromatic white varietals, each thoughtfully paired with a matching mini degustation created by Chef Chiero of Mangia @ Saddler’s. The menu is designed to highlight texture, freshness, and the way different flavours enhance the wines — from bright citrus notes to floral and spicy undertones.
Guests will explore the elegance and variety of Saddler’s Creek whites, from classic Hunter Valley Semillon to emerging alternate varieties like Fiano and Piquepoul Blanc. It’s a relaxed sensory experience, ideal for sharing with family and friends over the holiday season.
