Calling all seafood and wine enthusiasts! This summer, treat yourself to an extraordinary experience that pairs six exquisite summer wines with a selection of fresh, flavourful seafood canapés. Join us on a guided journey led by our wine expert, where you’ll discover how different wine styles can enhance the flavours of each seafood creation.Your adventure begins with a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, setting the stage for an interactive masterclass with fellow aficionados. As you sample each carefully selected wine alongside thoughtfully crafted dishes, you’ll uncover the unique characteristics of every varietal, enriching your appreciation for the art of pairing. The experience culminates in a specially curated seafood canapé degustation plate, designed to perfectly complement each wine.
