Description
Produced from premium fruit sourced from the Hersey Vineyard in the cool climate of Adelaide Hills. Delicate maturation in primarily mature French oak imparts a slight dustiness, leading to a nice interplay between the tannins and acidity. Playful, bright and eminently drinkable now. Can be served with a slight chill on a warm day.
The earthiness lends itself to lighter style game meats.

Our 2021 Pinot Noir was produced from premium fruit sourced from the Hersey Vineyard in the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills, SA.
The wine displays classical Pinot Noir character of bright strawberry and red fruits and aromatic florals, balanced with a slight dustiness from delicate maturation in seasoned French oak.
A perfect match to pork, duck or home made pizza.
