Club Equus – Frequently Asked Questions

IS THERE A JOINING FEE?

No, you don’t need to pay to join our wine club. You simply need to receive a minimum 3 Club Packs per year.

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Delivery of your Club Packs is free. You will also receive discounted shipping for any additional orders made throughout the year.

CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

Club Equus membership is ongoing.  Cancellation of your membership after the first 12 months must be received in writing. You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting our office.

HOW OFTEN ARE MY PACKS DELIVERED?

Club Equus members receive 3 Club Packs of a dozen wines each year. Club Packs are delivered each Summer, Winter and Spring. Club Equus members can also opt to receive a 4 packs per year and will be sent their Club Packs in Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.

WHAT IF I’M OUT WHEN MY WINE IS DELVIERED?

We can nominate Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not in at the time of delivery. Alternatively, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection when convenient.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will only be debited in the respective release/dispatch month of the packs you have selected as part of your membership. You will receive an email notification two weeks prior to billing and shipment.

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT SELECTIONS OF WINE?

Yes, you can alter your selections based on your preference. You can change your pack selections at any time by calling Robyn on 02 4991 1770 or emailing [email protected]
