When is my wine club selection due?
Club Equus Bronze 6 pack – Six wines delivered to your door twice per year – each Autumn & Spring.
Club Equus Bronze 12 pack – A dozen wines delivered to your door twice per year – each Autumn & Spring.
Club Equus Silver – A dozen wines delivered to your door three times per year – each Winter, Spring & Summer.
Club Equus Gold – A dozen wines delivered to your door four times per year – each season.
Gold members also receive a BONUS DOZEN each year, if you take all four selections in one calendar year you

- No worries, just left me know and we can delay your delivery until you return home.
- Can I change my selection.
- Yes you have the option to change your selection at anytime as long as it is done before the processing date.
- I’ve ran out of wine can I order outside my Club Selections.
- Yes if you would like to order extra wine you can do so at anytime and will alsways receive your 25% off.

Do I have to be a member for a certain length of time?
Your free Wine Club Membership is ongoing. To cancel your membership please email us.
How do I cancel my membership
You may cancel your membership at any time, to do so please email advising us you wish to cancel your membership.
Can anyone else use my Membership to receive discounts and benefits.
We are happy to extend your discount to a spouse without you being present, however no other person is permitted to use you rmembership. Whilst you are on site we are more than happy to extend your member benefits to family and friends that are accompanying you .
How do I change my shipping address, or any other contact details.
You can do this by logging into your account to change any of your details including shipping address, phone number and credit card details.
