Set Your Table

Flight mats and decanting, the Saddler's Creek way.

Two glasses per person, per course. Six by the end of the night. New release on the left, aged on the right. Same wine, different vintage. This is how you taste the difference.

Watch Brett walk through how to decant the wines, why we serve new and aged side by side, and what changes in the cellar between vintages.

Pouring Guide

How much to pour, and why it matters.

100ml is the Saddler’s Creek event pour. Enough to sip, evaluate, then taste again with the food. That’s where the magic happens. One bottle pours six glasses, with a little leftover for any Wendy pours or the cook.
