Each cellar door will be serving their very best wines and each chef will be pairing each course to match.
You decide which of the 6-courses and wines will win this round of the battle.
Talented chefs, Matt Dillow from The Deck Café and Jonathan Heath from Saddler’s Eats / Well Seasoned Catering, will be showcasing their culinary skills to persuade your taste buds.

The evening will be held at Saddler’s Creek Wines’ barrel room. It’s here that we’ll gather as one big family, enjoying a feast that celebrates the best of the Hunter Valley’s food and wine.
