Winemaker's Notes:

Grapes picked by hand at optimum ripeness and only the free-run juice fermented after settling. Bottled as quickly as possible to maintain varietal character and patiently bottle-matured for in excess of five years to develop toward its' potential.

Everpresent fresh lemon notes are complexed by aged characteristics of nuts, toast and honey. The palate is rich, full and beautifully balanced by lingering citrus characters.

Drinking Recommendation:

Enjoy with a thai-style ling fillet stir fry, served on a bed of bok choy and chinese lettuce.
