Our wine making philosophy at Saddler's Creek has always been about producing
the best product for the best possible dining experience.
We refer to our
wines as "food wines" - wines to be enjoyed with food!
We can’t think of a better way to illustrate this than to invite you along to one of our
special Wine Experience dinners. During the month of February we have two
“Wine Experience Dinners” happening in Sydney and we would be delighted if you could attend.
These are always a great night and when we pair 6 of our finest wines, including a surprise or two,
with a three course menu from two of Sydney’s most highly regarded restaurants,
we have an experience to be remembered.
