Tasting Experience
When visiting Hunter Valley wineries, be sure to add Saddler’s Creek Wines to the top of your list for a unique wine tasting experience.
Our Pokolbin Cellar door is open daily, where you can relax in our alfresco wine garden and taste our fine selection of wines guided by our knowledgeable and passionate team.
We endeavour to create the best Hunter Valley winery experience, with casual eats and acoustic live music featuring local artists each Friday and Saturday. There is something for all the family, with Kids Tasting Paddles for our junior visitors. We are also a dog friendly winery with plenty of grass for our furry friends. For our food and wine explorers, be sure to book one of our themed wine and food pairing experiences offered daily.
Mangia at Saddler’s – Chef Chiero offers a seasonal menu, open Friday to Sunday. Combine outdoor casual dining and wine pairing together. Complement your wine experience with an early dinner on Friday from 5pm to 8pm or a casual lunch on a Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 3pm.
Our Cellar Door is open until 8pm each Friday, with our last tasting session at 3:30pm, so you can begin your Hunter Valley weekend away at Saddler’s Creek with Sunset’s at Saddler’s – Friday Wine & Chill. Let our chef cook you up an early casual dinner while you share a bottle or local craft beer with live music in our outdoor wine garden. That’s why we call it Wine & Chill!

Led by Venetian-born chef Mattia "Chef Chiero" Secchiero, Mangia at Saddler's brings the warmth of Italian hospitality to every dish. From our signature silver Airstream kitchen, Chef Chiero serves seasonal, locally sourced Italian fare designed to pair perfectly with our award-winning wines.
Mangia means "Eat!" in Italian—Chef Chiero's invitation to slow down, share a meal, and savour the moment.
